The property manager communicated very clearly (likely the best we have experienced in the US). The only thing that bothered us was it smelled like smoke from the neighboring tenant’s cigarette being drawn through the A/C unit when they stood outside. If you need access to UAMS long term it would be the perfect spot as it is directly across the street and an easy walk. ”

“Clean accommodations with a few good restaurant options within a few short steps. Nice little touches such as a sound machine along with ceiling fans and an extra fan for those of us that need it. Laundry available in the unit. We like a firmer bed, and firm pillows, but was able to get some sleep. Also, the street lights keep it a little brighter in the room than what we prefer, but we are just used to complete darkness, which isn’t necessary for everyone.
