“The apartment was beautifully furnished, decorated, and clean. A great place to relax from a long day of conference activities. A very steep set of stairs lead to the entryway to the apartment so this place is not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. The apartment is situated between a great seafood restaurant and a cozy coffee/tea/IPA beer lounge. Walking/biking is optional because of paths. ”

“The property owner was VERY responsive, and it was a super cute property. I was in town for the Little Rock Marathon, and it was the perfect distance to the start line. Received all of the information we needed for check in a couple days before, and besides realizing I needed to really push to open the gate, it was very easy to find and get in. There was always street parking available nearby, and like I said, the property owner answered all of my questions very quickly. Loved the cute little……

“Location was great and close to so many walkable restaurants. The place was pretty clean but I would recommend replacing the shower curtain liner. The bed sounded as though it was breaking each time we got in and out of it. We realized that the stabilizers in the middle need adjusted/fixed. I also would recommend replacing the daylight bulbs within the lamps with a warmer hue. The light was harsh at night. Overall a good stay. ”

“Beautiful place for a getaway! The reservation was for one of my superintendents and his wife, in town from Houston to celebrate their 11th anniversary. They loved the place! It perfectly fit their needs, was close to town, and was just as pictured. Becca is an amazing host, very communicative. We'll definitely stay again. ”

“Exactly as described. Small cozy little one room apartment with the basics. Had a weeklong training in the area and this was a perfect option for the stay. I liked the location, next to a huge park which was fun to run through. Nice little quiet neighborhood too.”
