“Beautiful inside and out. Loved the location and charm. Only downside was the hot tub stopped working 2 days in. Otherwise great stay and will for sure be back!”

“There was ample space for our family! We enjoyed having two separate TVs so that the little kids and the adults could each be watching something. It was unfortunate that the hot tub temperature was set at 104° and the rules of the house stated that we were not allowed to change the temperature. So unfortunately, we did not get to utilize the hot tub likely wanted. Overall great space and good communication with host.”

“This lovely cottage is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It’s a short drive from just about everything: shopping, dining, highway access, the beach and boardwalk. We appreciated the AC units in the bedrooms during the warm summer days. Although we didn’t take advantage of the outdoor spaces they were definitely a nice addition. “What a beautiful vintage home! I was in Couer d’Alene for almost a month helping my daughter. I needed a space to come and relax in the evenings, maybe do some cooking. Also it would give my daughter and her family a bit of time to themselves as well. Phippeny House was perfect … peaceful and homey. It was equipped with everything that you might need. Also my little grandchildren loved coming to visit. They were intrigued with the playhouse and of course the special little……

“House is affordable for the area. Furniture could be upgraded to more comfortable accommodations. But they worked for what we needed and the price was the best. The house has a good supply of towels and kitchen appliances. ”

“This house is great for a large group or family. The location is super, an easy walk to downtown and quick access to highways and main roads to the other parts of town. There are a ton of beds, all comfortable and plenty of bedding and pillows. The backyard is huge and fenced, there's a swing set and fire pit, very nice added space for the value. Most anything you could need is available in the kitchen. The cons - the property is clearly used by the owners, and as such there is next to no……
