Thank you for checking us out! We are Myrtle Beach Vacation Stations and we would love to be able to host you and your group on your next vacation to the North Myrtle Beach area!


Enjoy this two bed, one bath condo that is a very short walk to the beach. Located in the Cherry Grove Beach neighborhood of North Myrtle Beach, this beautifully decorated bungalow features a full kitchen, washer/dryer, outdoor shower for the beach sand, and a very spacious fenced in yard that is only shared with the two neighboring bungalows.


Myrtle Beach is known for its golf; boasting over 80 easily accessible courses. If a golf course is not your thing, Myrtle Beach is also known as the Mini-Golf Capital of the world, so it goes without saying that there is one nearby. Not to mention Barefoot Landing with over 100 shops and dining possibilities, including the new Lucy Buffets Lulu’s restaurant. The Little River waterfront is not even a stretch away, featuring the only Casino Cruises in the Carolina’s. This area is such a beautiful place with something for everyone.



Sleeping Arrangements:

- Bedroom 1: One Queen Bed

- Bedroom 2: Two Bunk Beds (Full/Double Beds on bottoms, Twins on tops).

- Living Room: Two Full/Double Sleeper Sofas.

Please note the following prior to making your reservation:

- Linens are not initially provided. We do have packages available for purchase, or you can bring your own. Linen Package includes two towels and washcloths per bed occupancy, sheets, and a dish towel per package. The package prices are $50 for a King/Queen/Double, and $25 for a twin.

- Pets are welcome, however we do charge a $75 non-refundable fee plus 12% tax per pet*. Please see pet policies below.

- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement including a government issued photo identification and credit card are required to be electronically submitted to the property management company prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property. This electronic code will be sent via email once all required information is received.

- Toiletries are not included.

- The listing rental rate includes parking for three (3) vehicles.

Rental Age Policy:

- Primary renters, or groups primarily with guests under the age of 25 (including student groups and events) are required to alternate fees of $50 per person for cleaning and linens*. This will override the posted cleaning fee on the listing. Groups consisting of primary renters or for guests under the age of 21, will be required to submit parent/guardian signatures and government issued photo identification. A refundable security deposit may be required.

Pet Policies:

- Pets are welcome, however we do charge a non-refundable $75 fee plus 12% tax per pet*.

- Please contact us prior to booking if you intend to bring more than two (2) pets.

- Pets must be crated, or otherwise secured, when left unattended at the property.

- Pets must be cleaned up after, and the renter assumes all responsibility for any damages caused by pets.

Vacation Insurance:

- The Optional Vacation/Travel Insurance is Strongly Encouraged.

- Coverage is available to all guests once rental deposit is paid.

- Coverage is only in effect once premium has been paid.

- If purchased the same day as reserved, guests can cancel at anytime and may be eligible for a full refund.

The price was great for the location but the house was very unclean. Although we paid for linens, the sheets smelled badly. The floor was sandy with black grime on your feet. Had to wear shoes inside at all times. We bought detergent, pinesol, dish soap, all paper products including to and paper towels for cleaning and cleaned as soon as we got there. We had to cover the ouches because the were stained and

This property was extremely disgusting and disappointing. The smell of mildew before walking in was horrendous. Everything was dirty. There were stains on the bedsheets, couches, and furniture. Bathroom had no shower curtain, only a see through liner that wasn’t even hooked properly. Someone’s hair was stuck to the dresser. Cabinets were broken. This place was not thoroughly cleaned. My family and I had to find elsewhere to stay. My son cried because we were supposed to celebrate his 9th Birthday in Myrtle Beach. Epic Fail. I drove from NYC to SC to get a big surprise. False advertisement on this property. The pictures seen before arriving was heaven but when we got there we ended up in hell.

Dirty property that most things are broken in, couches unusable, beds questionable. Roaches in kitchen. Left multiple messages with no return call. Would only communicate on app messager or email and wouldn’t give money back. Offered another place to stay way too late.

Place was not clean. Nothing worked air, washer, dishwasher. Cocktoaches in the kitchen and in the fridge. Trash amd bed rails in the back. Tried to call property owner all day was 89 degrees in the rental. We opened windows at night as to not sufficate and try to sleep .then she lied tried to acuse us of leaving windows open woth air on and would have to charge extra for electic. If i wpuld of had a tent we would of set up in yard would have been better. Beds were horrible shape and trash in pull out bed. Vbro was no halp called 10 times got hung up on 4 of those times. Was told wasnt able to use travel care to be replaced because infestation wasnt that bad. We had 2 people with us with health conditions so the heat made them sick 2 days no air

Did not have info and change of location until arrival. Email went to spam but only day before. Was great being close to beach and nice deck for sitting but unit was bit shabby with dirty shower curtain, moldy coffee maker could not use, cable tv was too annoying to watch with constant picture freeze and could not access roku and no remote for bedroom tv. Also, a roll of toilet paper would have been nice on arrival. Will not rent from this group on next visit.

Came down to enjoy an impromptu getaway with my husband and booked this bungalow. Didn't need anything fancy bc honestly we planned to spend time out and about. I was kind of surprised when we arrived to find that there was literally NOTHING left in the place. Typically in other units we've stayed, even if we have to bring our own supplies there is leftover cleaning supplies or dish soap, etc...Not here. But ok. Then looking around, the place was filthy, every dish taken out of cabinet had to be rewashed, there was makeup and stains on the comforter, the air filters had so much dust covering them they couldn't possibly be any use and there was no bin for the ice maker. The grass in the back was so high we couldn't use the backyard if we wanted to. Typically I wouldn't leave a poor review, I would take it up with the rental company but my email to them the morning after check-in has yet to even be acknowledged so i guess after they get your money you're on your own. My advice....Dont do i!

The place was great for the price we paid. It was a quick walk to the beach, which was a plus. If you are bringing multiple teenage girls I wouldn't recommend it because of the one bathroom, but we made do. Also, the instructions for the house clearly states to bring cleaning products, which we did. There were no mats to wipe off your feet on the outside of the house or the inside so we had to use a towel everytime we came inside to wipe our feet. When we first got into the house before ever bringing stuff in the floor felt really grainy but once we swept (broom was included but had to buy a dust pan) & moped (bought a swiffer) the floor was much better. I was dissapointed what the shower curtain looked like when we arrived. It was hanging on by only a few holes & 3 of the holes were tied together. That was an extra expense on my part but I went & bought a new shower curtain. All in all we really did like the place & would definitely stay again.

The bungalow is perfect for a getaway to the beach. Just 1 block from beach and 3 blocks to fishing on the pier. We’ve stayed here many times with our pet. It’s always clean and if you do have any problems or questions the owners are very quick to get back to you. It’s not the Ritz but an affordable, clean bungalow in the perfect spot in Cherry Grove

Not the cleanest place. Bugs were an issue. Place is in need of major TLC. Had an issue with sink. Hose came off when no one was even using it and water started spraying EVERYWHERE!! It was a diaster. Took about 30 min to finally reach someone to come over and fix it. It was late so he wasn’t able to fix it until the next day. Put a damper on our vacay.

Once again, my stay was horrible and less than 24hrs . Please process a refund for the charges, I understand you don’t typically give refunds but this isn’t a typical unit. Terminex spraying an enclosed unit while 90 degrees outside isn’t an acceptable response. Checking into two separate units for the next two days wasn’t any acceptable response. You failed to meet the advertised dwelling accommodations and that’s not ok. I will be completing my review of my stay on all platforms available, posting all messages, photo of the roach and your supposed acceptable solutions.

This was my first time renting a beach home and will be the last thanks to this place. We walked into a musty smelling dirty house. With a fridge moldy, microwave with food in it from the last renters,broken kitchen chair and outside chair,dirty beds,broken beds. The list goes on...needless to say,we only stayed 2 out of the 5 nights. It was that awful.
