A good value

This property was conveniently located and had excellent beach access. it was clean and well cared for. The kitchen has only a two-burner stovetop and a small fridge. A small toaster oven was available in place of a microwave. The porch area was clean and well-maintained; a great place to sit and relax after a day on the beach. Two TVs and wireless access added convenience. The only reason we did not give this property 5 stars was the quality of the bedding. We are older, and the mattresses simply did not provide adequate support for us. The sofa bed in the family area was a little too firm for extended sitting. Those complaints aside, this was a good value for us.

Great Location!

Perfectly adequate for me and my husband for a weekend getaway. Walking distance to the beach great deck to sit and enjoy coffee. Walking distance to lots of really good restaurants and a really large grocery store. Also walking to liquor store. Would absolutely book this again.

Nice stay construction a pain

This is a nice property. There was construction while I was there and it was an inconvenience, but I was warned beforehand. The sliding glass door to the back deck would be convenient if there was a way to lock/unlock from the outside. That way after being at the beach you don’t have to around the property to get inside. Overall a nice place to stay!

Needs improvement

I don’t like to give bad review but I feel that I have to give a bad review to this property. It was in a really great location just a couple steps from the beach. However the property was not nice. The beds were ok but there was piece of the bed on the floor when we got there. No closet to hang things which is ok but the dresser had a lot of the knobs missing and we could not get into it. I dropped something beside the bed and came up with a handful of dirt and dust. The bathroom had mold behind the door, there was mold on the ceiling and mold on the rim in the shower. The kitchen was very small which was ok. We tried to make pancakes and bacon there was no bowl so we used a pot which was ok but the stovetop only worked part of the time some eyes did not work all the time. The drip pans under the eyes were covered with foil and very dirty. We were going to use the griddle but it was dirty. To get to the ocean you had to go out a sliding glass door it was very hard to open and close. The place has a lot of potential but needs to be taken care of. We spent a lot of money and we did enjoy being close to the beach and the owner was very quick to get back to you if you had a questions. But it needs a lot of work!!!

We had a great stay! We loved how close it was to the beach and the cleanliness of the condo. Only steps away from the beach and super close to the grocery store and a variety of restaurants and stores.

Close Enough...

This is an older property and just a few updates / upgrades would make it much nicer however, we got what we expected and we're very satisfied overall with our trip and accommodations. Not big or fancy but it was clean and very comfortable for the two of us. It's ground floor and on a beautiful beach which is what we were looking for and the price was right. No complaints other than to be aware that the coffee maker is a Keurig lol. I think that's a fair tradeoff for being a short walk off the deck down the path to the beach.

Sisters and aunt getaway

This was a nice, but small condo. It was great for the 4 of us and on the oceanfront as described. The battery on the smoke alarm needs changing, and some of the washcloths were stained, but they were clean. My aunt found a few dirty silverware. All in all, we had a great weekend getaway, and the owner was very nice. I would stay there again.

Good location and space

This condo was well located within walking distance to beach, restaurants, grocery/liquor stores and provided sufficient accommodations for our mother/daughter trip. Kitchen was equipped with basic needs. Place needs a little TLC such as cleaning, cabinet/knob repairs and painting. Beds were adequate.

Needs a little TLC. Love that it was ocean front. But you couldn’t see the ocean because you’re on the first floor. That’s something that needs to be told I think. The towels smelled like cigarette smoke. The bed, Let’s just say not the most comfortable thing. But besides all that we had a wonderful weekend. But I would not be coming back to that place.

Convenient but needs cleaned & updated

The location is super!! Literally it’s like 45 steps to the beach!! The back porch nice & a great place to just sit & enjoy the ocean views & sounds of the waves! I was disappointed that the room wasn’t up to my expectations on cleanliness. When we pulled out the couch bed & the double bed, there was sand on the “clean” sheets. It made me feel like the sheets hadn’t been laundered after the former house guests left. Also, when we pulled the couch bed out, there was dirt, dust, and trash under the couch. It was evident that a lot of the house was overlooked when it came to a thorough cleaning. The side of the fridge has rust spots all over it & definitely needs updated. The fridge worked, maybe just needs painted or upgraded. We asked for an early check in & was given permission to do so....that was helpful as we got there a few hours early. The management team was in good communication and responded promptly to our emails. The parking spot (because you only get one per room) was a tight squeeze, especially being such a small lot, but we managed with a small vehicle. Overall, it’s a convenient place to stay if you’re looking just for easy beach access & readily available space. If you’re wanting something more updated & clean, we’d suggest looking elsewhere.

Cute and Quaint Beach Bungalow

Our family of 4 stayed for 3 nights at the end of July. The unit is very cute with beachy furnishings. The unit has a queen sleeper sofa in the living/kitchen area. The bedroom has 1 queen and 1 single bed in the bedroom. 2 teenagers slept in the sleeper sofa area. Location was fantastic- walk to local grocery store and restaurants. Being able to walk to open the sliders and walk out to the beach was great! There were some items that needed to be addressed. I contacted the management company. They responded promptly and rectified the issues. To the owners: The sliding glass doors blinds definitely need to be addressed. 50% of the panels were missing . There was no privacy along with keeping the sun/heat out. Other parties were staying in the building and were able to look directly into the unit when coming off the beach. Please invest in quality black out curtains like hotels do or replace the numerous missing panels. None the less, I recommend the unit. We did enjoy our stay!

Enjoyed our overall trip = great location on beach

Property is in dire need of upgrade. Leak in bathroom, and wall was left open. No space to hang clothes, only drawer space. Would not be comfortable for more than 2 people unless a child. No counter space in bathroom to do make-up/shave, etc.

Mixed bag

Although the location and the unit itself were cute and had great views we unfortunately walked into a bit of a mess. There was mold growing in the ceiling and we were not notified until we checked in. The agent from evolve that called said that there would be someone coming the next two days while we were staying there to treat the issue. When the guys came the next morning they looked at it and said there's no way they can treat around us. So unfortunately it was not quite what was advertised.
