Room issues

When we arrived the room floors were filthy. Within 10 mins of being there our feet were black. The floor had not been cleaned at all. I contacted the front desk. They sent Torrie to come clean and she was wonderful. She left us her broom and swifter for the week along with cleaning solution. The toilet does not flush properly and on the second day there was a ceiling leak caused by the condo above us from a not functioning water line for the ice maker. The ice maker in our units freezer does not work either. We have stayed here for years and were VERY disappointed this trip.

Overall great vacation

We loved our stay at the Beach Cove Resort. Our shower faucet was pulled away from the wall and Maintenance came to check it out. He said he’d be back to caulk it but never did. Our coffee pot was another slight issue. I called the desk and was told housekeeping would bring me another one but they didn’t. Instead, I was told the pot was normal and that all I had to do was pour it from the side. I have never heard such a thing and I’m left handed so to pour with my right hand and to pour from the side where the spout was was absolutely ridiculous and I spilled every single time. Other than that, we loved the condo. My only other complaint would be others slamming their doors at all hours of the night. It literally makes you jump from a sound sleep and is very inconsiderate. We will however definitely stay here again. The condo was super cute with the layout. Regards, Shannon Eister
