The Villa:
Our newly upgraded ocean front suite features hard flooring and a PRIVATE BALCONY with STUNNING OCEAN VIEWS. Our home is perfect for couples, friends, and solo travelers seeking an ICONIC VACATION IN MYRTLE BEACH!

We are a professional management company, and the homeowner lives in town and takes excellent care of her home. You can rest assured your vacation is in good hands!

With a separate bedroom featuring a king size bed, and also a full-size murphy bed in the living room this home is perfect for couples, a family, friends, snowbirds, and solo travelers. Enjoy a private oceanfront balcony with 180 degree views of the gorgeous Atlantic. There is balcony seating for sipping cold cocktail in the afternoon after a great day at the beach or a morning cup of coffee to get your day started in the most unbelievable way. Our suite is a desirable direct oceanfront condo and even features a fully stocked kitchenette with all dishes, cookware, glassware, and utensils.

The Resort:
Bay Watch Resort truly has it all and offers something for everyone. From modern amenities and an expansive oceanfront pool oasis, this is a water lover’s paradise. Featuring a huge outdoor pool oasis, to endless on site amenities, this is a place not to be missed!

Guest Access:
**Important Information**
-We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
-This is a non-smoking condo.
-No pets allowed.
- Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am
-This unit is located on the 15th floor of tower 3
-All indoor pools are open year round, unless unscheduled maintenance is needed
-Outdoor pool is closed around November 1-April 1st
-Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in
-No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA
-2 parking passes max and 4 pool bands provided in unit upon arrival.
-Keurig and drip coffee pots
-Daily housekeeping is not provided, coin operated laundry on first floor.
-Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

Policies:
-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.

-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.

-CPV does not guarantee specific internet speeds. If working remotely we bringing your own hot spot.

-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.

-Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.

-CPV does not guarantee specific internet speeds. If working remotely we recommend bringing your own hot spot.

Top rated location and free parking on site.  Taxis and Uber are also fast and affordable with attractions, restaurants, shopping, and more less than 5 minutes away.

House Rules

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.


1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.

7. CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID. Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.

We loved our stay. Extremely nice and clean place. Amazing view of the ocean. Our host was super sweet and brought up two beach chairs for us to use. Very thoughtful. Highly recommend staying here.

The listing was very accurate. Check in was easy and everything we needed (wristbands, parking passes) was easy to find. Property was clean and in a great location. Quiet and we felt safe with our kids. We loved the oceanfront balcony. We normally like to cook some basic meals while we are on vacation. If you are the same, this may not be the spot for you. There is very little to no counter space, but all of the pots and pans you may need are there. Make sure to bring hand soap, as it is not provided. We had 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids) and we could have used more towels. Overall, a great experience for the price. Would make a great couple's getaway.

Definitely not for couples. Room very outdated, rusty, worn, dirty compared to pictures. Bed was horrible. Dirty pots and pans, stove worn, couldn't cook properly even after buying pan. Coffee maker didn't work. Couldn't regulate heat. Sometimes in day would be 67 on thermometer, and some nights during night would be 75, while always keeping set at 70. Odd that it would be colder in day. Too much clutter on balcony, couldn't use it. 6 chairs and a table. Lamps broken in bedroom, receptacle cover laying on floor. Light switch operated nothing. Every time you took a shower or made toast, smoke detector went off in place. Didn't know hot air from shower would set one off, did learn that. Could unlock door with multiple codes Code for gate outback was different, and also broken while there, so got locked out from beach multiple times. Place overloaded with small children, which wouldn't be a bad thing if anyone controlled them. Neighbors were frustrating. Pot smoke seemed to be everywhere, Everything on resort looks worn and outdated. Concrete repairs being made, restaurants closed, elevator issues. !! No notification of need for parking passes, after I notified rental company, they said they would fix this. Car getting towed, kind of can be an issue, especially when it is a rental. Chairs by pools full in am most days. Didn't see a notification that you need pool wristbands. Very poor communication with rental company. Again, very poor communication.

We loved our stay at this pretty condo!! The view was amazing , and it was plenty of room for my little family. It was clean and the king sized bed was so comfy. We never waited more than 1 minute for the elevators, but the restaurants were never open. Apparently the bay watch cafe is only open Friday- Sunday which is not said on the website. We had our own chairs and umbrella, but there is the option to have chairs and an umbrella set up for you for a fee( maybe $30?) . Overall , it was a great stay and we will be back .

Our stay was nice, I feel like it could have been cleaner. The bathtub needs new mold free silicone filler. The maid left the trash from the new items on the bed instead of the trash. Over all, comfort and the amenities were great. We had a wonderful stay and would book again

We had a really nice quick getaway. The condo was great, the view was amazing. The condo was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The bed was amazing and the shower water pressure was the best. Thank you for a great place on the beach and it didnt break our bank account.

When we arrived, we instantly noticed the floor covered in sand throughout the property. Then, as we were unpacking some kitchen items, we noticed leftover food in the cabinets as well as spilt coffee grounds. The kitchen towel was dirty as well as at least one washcloth in the bathroom (was covered in makeup). There were also leftover bathroom items in the bathroom cabinet from the previous guest. There were no linens for the Murphy bed, and no extra linens for the pillows in the closet. 2 lightbulbs were out in the bathroom as well as most lightbulbs in the lamps in the bedroom (there is not a ceiling light). It was obvious that this property was not cleaned properly (if at all) before we arrived. Whoever is responsible for cleaning is not doing their job.

Had a great time. Everything worked well. Didn't tealize the bedding for the Murphy bed was in the chest. I'll remember for next time. Wish there were more handicapped spots available. Elevators were fast and clean. Digital entry is perfect. No keys/key cards. Would stay again for sure.

Overall this property fit our needs. We liked the location, the ease of check in with clear instructions, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was small but mighty. It is quite close to the elevators, which creates some noise for sleeping, but it didn’t seem excessive and was only minimally disruptive. The elevators were very fast. A few easily remedied problems: smoke detector in great room is missing and the second remote for the roku tv was nowhere to be found. Additionally we noticed roaches , probably needs an exterminator. There’s about a month’s worth or more of dust on the headboard and behind all furniture, so not sure you are getting your/our money’s worth from your cleaning service. But, it was surface cleaned, and we were satisfied. FYI, 2 lightbulbs need replacing. We would also suggest additional blankets onsite, as well as fewer knick knacks so there is more room to put our things. The price was right, and overall we were very comfortable, and would recommend this property. Thank you!

Check in was a little tricky the email went to junk and wasn’t sure who it was coming from, but after got it figured out everything went smoothly. Property was clean plenty of linens. My husband and I just spent 9 days at this resort in room#1535 and it was perfect for the 2 of us. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the shower was spacious and we had what we needed in the room for the week. The easy check-in was awesome- no waiting for anything. We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen seemed to be stocked for cooking. We like to go to Myrtle Beach in September since it’s not as crowded. We didn’t have any problem finding a pool chair or a tube for the lazy river. The room has beach chairs and an umbrella which we used but we also rented chairs and an umbrella one day which was worth the money. We had a couple small issues when we first checked in but the owners replied immediately to address those. The resort did check for wristbands on the weekends but not during the week so at least have them with you. Here are some places we recommend to go: - Market Common was fun to walk and shop -Definitely pick up some cookies at Insomnia Cookies - go to Oscars to eat, might not look like much but it was one of our favorite meals - We also enjoyed dinner at Melt - Barefoot Landing is a quieter shopping area than Broadway but Broadway has some beautiful and exciting sights at night. -Rent the chairs and umbrella for decent shade on the beach but we also had a lot of fun taking the room beach chairs down to sit at the water’s edge and stay cool while watching for fish.
