We've taken great care to make this an extremely clean and comfortable space for our guests! Watch the beautiful sunrise and drink your coffee from your private balcony in this large luxury penthouse! This unit is the top and corner of the entire building, so you will have the best views that Ocean Breeze Luxury Villas has to offer. Living room setup with plenty of space AND wet/bar and beverage fridge. The kitchen/dining combo has seating for 18 and is ready for a crowd. Kitchen boasts stainless appliances and an extra-large refrigerator/freezer, granite counters and is fully equipped. All bath towels, toiletries, bedding, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. Centrally located in the apartment, there is a laundry / utility closet that features a full sized washer and dryer. There is also a half bathroom located in the hallway.

2 parking passes for parking garage beneath building in designated spots for Unit 4C. Allows parking for 2 vehicles. Motorcycles ARE allowed - No trailers allowed.
Check in time is between 4 PM and 6 PM. If you can't arrive between 4 PM and 6 PM, please reach out and let us know. Check out time is 10 AM.
There is only one elevator in the building. The elevator is usually well-maintained and generally reliable, but if for whatever reason, it's not available, you can access the property by ascending and descending three flight of stairs. If the elevator is not available, the only way to access the property is via the stairs, so please consider this before making reservation. Refunds will not be issued for any issues related to lack of availability of the elevator.
No Pets.
No smoking inside unit. There is a $750 deep cleaning fee for smoking in the unit.
Primary guest must be present to check in.
No group parties allowed
No golf carts allowed.
Refund policy: No refunds. No-shows and cancellations will be charged the full value of the entire reservation plus all fees. Please purchase trip insurance for your reservation if necessary
No drug use, loud noise, parties of any kind. Any fines from the HOA will be passed onto the guests. Pool is currently open.
