“From the outside, it does look a little run down. The inside however was updated and very nice. Took our 20 month old for his first beach trip, the walk to the beach was short. The kiddie pool was a big hit with him after hitting the beach. The night security that checked us in was very kind and informative. I LOVE that room service does not come in during your stay to clean but they have a linen exchange if needed. 10/10. We will be staying here again. ”

“We had a great week here July 2025. Nice that there’s a cafe restaurant in the building in case you don’t feel like leaving for food. Not the most perfect, nice place but… the price reflects that. We came for the beach not to sit in our room, and this is right on the beach. Understand that all of the rentals down here are a constant revolving door with little or no time to clean perfectly or make repairs between guests during the busy season no matter where you stay. Take that into consideration……

“Absolute perfection when it comes to location! Beach access is directly across the street. It only takes seconds to have your feet in the water! Photos of the listing online match what we walked into. Around the edges/trim looked like they could use a deep scrub down. This in no way negatively impacted my trip, just a suggestion. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked very clean and welcoming. We would have jumped in for sure if our schedule had allowed us to. Instructions you’re given say to……
