"Fred’s Inn is a clean comfortable minimalist motel. This was our second stay here. The people are nice. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. We can’t ask for more. Conveniently located for our child’s college."

"The apartment is convenient to Colgate. It is clean and contains all of the necessary essentials. The owners are organized and good communicators. The owners offered us use of their electric vehicle charger, which was very nice."
