“The location and area are wonderful. The property COULD be a gem, but it is in terrible disrepair. The house inside, while perhaps not outfitted for people who cook a lot, is decent. But when we checked in, the exterior was a shambles. Grass half cut and lawnmower left on the sidewalk, gardens not weeded or cared for, pool cold and dirty, hot tub not working, and not clean, no propane tank for the bbq, the dock in disrepair to the point of being dangerous. A note was left for us saying that the……

“Cozy and impeccable place right on the water. Comfy bed, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully and artistically decorated. Love the balcony seating, plates/coffee/tableware…even a french press. Terrific spot for solo or couple to unwind after a day of exploring. Listing photos are accurate! Great little place!”
