The room looked 100% different then the photos shared. They were just basic motel rooms, which fine, it is what it is, I wanted something cheap and I got what I paid for. What I rate them poorly for us their customer service. They charged me a $50 hold, which ok, some hotels/motels do that, but it was a full on transaction, not just a hold. It wasn't released, nothing, was completely taken off and has not even attempted a return. I stayed there almost a month ago now, and still nothing. Have called multiple times, just get told that it could take longer because it was a reliable card, ok, but almost a month now? I've even called and talked to customer service for this branch and nothing, just shows as a transaction from North Platte Inn & Suites. Beyond frustrated with their inability to even try and solve this problem.
