Clean, Attractive, Comfortable 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Home in Quiet Neighborhood.

Beautiful furnished home located in quiet neighborhood with lots of trees around. Close to everything, but away from all the noise. 1760 sq ft under air with 2- car over sized garage. Inside laundry room with washer & dryer. French doors from master bedroom, living room area and family room. Large lanai that over looks a beautiful wooded area with tall trees. Watch the sunrise sitting on the lanai with your 1st cup of coffee/tea. Easy access to I-75 and US 41, shopping, restaurants, and the conveniences of both Port Charlotte and North Port. Visit Fisherman's Village in beautiful historical Punta Gorda. This home offers plenty of privacy, spacious, split bedrooms, open floor plan to family room and dining room from the kitchen. Home also includes a washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen and a 50" flat screen TV in the family room. Every bedroom is equipped with ceiling fans. Also close to Golf courses and beautiful gulf beaches! Master Bedroom has King bed, and large walk-in closet. Master bath has a walk-In shower. 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a double bed. Family room has a sleeper sofa, Sleep 6 to 7 persons. The entire space herein described plus Wi-Fi through out the property (indoor and outdoor), including internet. Iron and ironing table inside the laundry room.
- Free parking for 2 (two) cars.
- When it gets closer to your arrival, I will send you the CODE for the keypad.Available for weekly, monthly or Seasonal rental. Deposit Required. NO SMOKING.

I recommend you to have a car rental, as there is basically no public transportation in North Port. You also can use Uber, Lyft or regular taxi. Acknowledging that, the best decision is to rent a car.

My mission is to create the best guest experience I can possible provide , I'm available almost 24 hours a day for any question or suggestion you may have. This is not just a house for rent. My goal as your host is to make sure you enjoy every aspect of our beautiful city

Winter get-away

The property was a nice three bedroom home located in a quiet neighborhood. It was well furnished. The owner was very accommodating, easy to contact and quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. We had no problems with the TV, or Wifi/Internet. Plenty of quiet streets to walk or bike in the area. We enjoyed our stay.
