Having garage great. Quiet large backyard great. Uses well water. Bring your own drinking water. Beds are those large foam mattresses but I slept very well on them. Cheap rough sheets. Chairs and couch need upgraded. Not very comfortable to sit in. If you come in with family may need extra towels. Outdoor chairs on back porch are on cheap side. Neighbors nice.I just went down to get out of weatherThermostat has 74 degrees limit for A/C and 72 degrees for heat.

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful!!! It is an incredible home and had all perks. The owner spared no expense and ensued we had all the essentials and some! I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting peace and quiet and a lovely place to temporarily call home with your family and friends.

The beds were all awful. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and noisy. The picture on the VRBO and EXPEDIA page showed a water park. The information page showed a pool listed. There was no pool and no water park in the neighborhood. Also listed was a X-Box which was not present as well. The home was nicely decorated and well cared for. The problem was that we chose this house for its location and amenities.

This was my 10 day holding place for myself, my wife and nieces. we stayed here until we were ready to move into our rental because we are new to the area. The stay was excellent and Paul (the owner) was always very prompt with his responses to me. The place is in a good location, was clean and had everything we needed. With that being said, that's why I gave it a 5 star rating.

We came here to spend time with my Dad. The home was lovely, just as pictured. We had great communications with our host Tom. There was no problem he did not have a solution for. GREAT Space, quiet neighborhood, restaurants and stores very close and convenient. Loved this place. 5 STARS PLUS!!! We will definitely be back. Really enjoyed ourselves!!

My wife and a friend came down from Ocala to stay for the weekend and watch a few Spring Training games. The house was an easy drive to the stadium, and very close in general to stores and restaurants in the area. The house was clean and spacious. I would stay again.
