“I LOVE that the apartment is located in an old school! I rented it because of its proximity to Turkey Run and Shades state park. The apartment was neat and clean, but my favorite part was access to the gym and games! My kids and I had so much fun playing basketball, ping pong and pool. We will definitely be planning on going back for another stay.”

“I never got to see it. Renter never sent check in info. We were in town for the indy 500 race and got stuck stranded there without lodging. We were able to find a hotel room at a couple hundred a night, and thankfully Vrbo refunded this, but iy still wpund up costing me a few hundred more. The phone number on the listing is a disconnected number, so no way to reach the renter. Also, we found out it is a shared apt with the owner, not a 1 bdrm apt. Do not count on this renter! ”

“We stayed for a week and it was the perfect setup for us. Very clean and well maintained and good restaurants (as well as an ice cream place) right on Main Street area below. Next time in Speedway area I will definitely book again!”

“I would never stay there again. the house was filthy toilet broken in the master. The shower in the master looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. my family of four had to use one bathroom as that was the only one clean. There appeared to be blood stains on the gate at the top of the stair. The banisters were sticky. Not a single couch was clean. They all had stains on almost every inch of the couches. I had to sit on a towel if I wanted to sit down. We arrive 30 minutes after check in and……

“Great location, easy access to I-65, but outside of the city. Private and quiet. Enjoyed the outside spaces, fire pit and decks. Good kitchen amenities for cooking. Comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again.”
