“For the busy location, the loft was fairly quiet. It was within walking distance to many downtown locations. It only had streaming channels though and couldn’t watch any live TV. ”

“There were 3 of us staying for 4 nights. We chose this condo mainly for its location and were excited to use the facilities heavily featured in the listing - over 10 photos showed the rooftop patio, gym, and game room. Gym was clearly listed under “Amenities”.However, none of these amenities were available for guest use. When we asked the host what's the point of posting pictures of what's not available for use, response was rude: “If you have a problem with it, feel free to cancel.” This was on……

“Second time staying here and still a great property. Great location for Roger’s events and underground parking is an added bonus. Easy communication with any questions or clarification we had. Would stay again!!”

“Overall our stay was good. I have provided some suggestions directly to the host that would help future guests. I didn’t feel like the suite can accommodate 5 people unless it was a family with small children. There are only two beds and the couch is not very comfortable to sleep on but that is what my teenage son had to do. There were only four of us but two of the guests could not sleep in the same bed so it was either that or the floor. Just needs a few kitchen upgrades and minor maintenance.……

“A clean, and comfortable basement suite that suited our needs. Very easy check-in process and great communication from Carter. There is a coffee shop close by (in the information left by the host) where I had an absolutely amazing cappuccino!”

“Had a great trip to Edmonton. The condo was a pretty fun place to stay while we explored downtown and the city itself. It had everything we needed: well stocked kitchen, near restaurants, shopping, and a walk to Rogers Centre when the Oilers were playing to sample the outdoor playoff vibes.The condo was immaculate, check in was really easy, parking was plentiful and the building was quiet.5 stars.”

“Very close to Rogers Centre but lots of noise from sirens. Checkin information was not sent and took quite a while to get sorted. Parking garage key did not work, ended up with an $85 parking ticket which it appears the host got voided. Unit appeared clean but dishes were not clean, towels smelled like cigarette smoke.”
