“The property was very well maintained and the owner was very helpful. Easy parking and very walkable distance to downtown area. The only thing we didn't like was the placement of the tp holder but their isnt much they can do with the limited space. Overall very happy with the visit and would recommend to anyone.”

“Cute little studio appt with separate entrance on lovely property near Gloucester and Rockport area. Comfortable bed, tiny but functional bathroom with great shower. Second stay and hopefully we’ll be back again”

“Don't hesitate to book this cottage. It is really charming and super clean! The kitchen is incredibly well stocked. The bed and sofa are both very comfortable. The location is quiet and close to everything. There are beach chairs available which made our trip down to the beach super nice. And you can sit on the porch to watch the stars or listen to the water feature. We can't wait to come back! Thank you for having us! ”

“This location was perfect for our needs. Very clean and in a nice little neighborhood. Only issue was that I wasn’t familiar with the passcode entry and got us locked out and had to have the code reset. But communication with the host was pretty quick and we didn’t have to wait long. Would absolutely recommend to others!”

“Place was clean. Very cozy! Parking was an inconvenience. We noticed the new arrivals downstairs left their car on sidewalk overnight which made it hard to pack our stuff in car. Also, having to check in later in the afternoon was a disappointment. We normally like to check in by morning, put our stuff away and then enjoy the sites! Very nice place overall! ”

“Awesome. I just needed a night to myself and I fell asleep listening to the ocean waves. The host greeted me with a welcoming, smile, and many recommendations for local seafood. She did say there was parking, but I used public transportation and it was so easy to get to, and then back to my place in Boston. everything was clean, neat, organized with excellent instructions for any questions that I had. I would recommend this to anyone including families who could spend most of their time out on……

“Janet the owner was the the sweetest thing ever and consistently helpful with things like directions, recommendations, etc often before I even had to ask! The cottage has the tiny house feel and is perfectly located for all adventures to surrounding areas. We did Boston, Salem, Gloucester, Berlin, Rockport, Woodstock. Vermont, Concorde, New Hampshire, etc. and it made things super easy to accomplish a ton in 6 days. The town of Rockport itself is precious and I highly recommend Brothers Brew for……

“We were happy to stay in the clean, simple, private cottage in a quiet neighborhood of Plum Island. The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed. The driveway access was tight, but manageable. We drove the few miles to the Parker National Wildlife Refuge and would love to have spent more hours there looking at birds and beaches.”
