“Booked the property for 4 of us. Older house, but everything worked and able to make some basic meals. Clean with a few cobwebs here and there. My daughter slept on the adjustable couch and thought it was comfortable. Both beds could use a foam overlay, as we thought they were too firm. Another stand up fan would help for the second bedroom since there is only one window a/c for the apartment. Barely could hear the upstairs tenant. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful for my morning……

“took a three day trip to Buffalo to attend my son's graduation. this place was perfect for us.Nice and clean comfortable four beds.tgree rooms all with tv. i recommend this for anyone looking for a nice quiet place. the owner was very responsive. ”
