“Great time in a lovely house. Thank you. Just for the heads up, there are a couple of things that need attention in the house. The front door lock mechanism needs attention as the screws are loose. Also the head of the shower in the bathroom is full of corrosion and needs replacing. ”

“We had a great stay in Exmouth at the Marina Townhouse. The property is spacious and well equipped. The outside seating/dining area is shady and a pleasant place to have dinner or drinks. The air conditioning is quiet and effective, so we all slept well despite every day topping 40 degrees in the afternoons and the mid 30s at night. The main living space is nice, with a full kitchen, dining table and sofas. While we were there, the WiFi was not working due to a technical problem outside the……

“Had a great stay, the house was really spacious, beds were comfortable and felt very homey. The fences were not high, if you had a jumpy dog it could have easily got over. ”

“We were 5 adults - 2 couples and my adult son. With 4 bedrooms and 2 living areas there was plenty of room, as well as a large deck outside.The kitchen was extremely well equipped and also included an outside BBQ.It was hot while we were there but the aircon worked very well. The house has a pool which we enjoyed every day, as well as a jetty. Whilst we didn't have a boat, my son loved the fishing off the jetty and did catch fish. The host, Fran, was really responsive and communicated well with……

“Had a great holiday. Location was great and so too the presentation of the villa. Outside steps were a bit dubious (I was too scared to walk in the middle of them as I’m sure they’re due to break soon!) and a light by the bbq would be helpful. No ironing board present (but barely needed it anyway. ) Otherwise was great - would highly recommend it. Would love to be able to come back another time! Thank you ever so much.”

“The name of the residence summed it up, a Sanctuary for a family holiday - nothing more needed.Small problem was dealt with quickly with minimum of fuss.Thankyou for hosting us, we enjoyed it immensely.”

“The house was clean and tidy, with plenty of space, excellent location, great furniture for a large group, and a beautiful view off the back deck. The only very minor negatives were, there were no dish washer tablets, and the cutlery drawer was a bit stinky and we couldn’t figure out what the smell was coming from. We would definitely stay again.”

“Ningaloo Exmouth was a great place to make base in Exmouth so close to the centre of town shops, restaurants and cafes. Our family and our dog had a great time in this spacious modern and comfortable home.”

“The kitchen sink tap fell off the plates and cutlery had dried food stuck on them and placed back in the cupboards dirty floors and grotty bathrooms over all the house was nice but we had to fix things( kitchen tap) clean dishes and bathroom's the during our stay , steps to the water are extremely slippery very dangerous when the tide comes in”
