“We were 5 adults - 2 couples and my adult son. With 4 bedrooms and 2 living areas there was plenty of room, as well as a large deck outside.The kitchen was extremely well equipped and also included an outside BBQ.It was hot while we were there but the aircon worked very well. “We had a great stay in Exmouth at the Marina Townhouse. The property is spacious and well equipped. The outside seating/dining area is shady and a pleasant place to have dinner or drinks. “Had a great holiday. Location was great and so too the presentation of the villa. Outside steps were a bit dubious (I was too scared to walk in the middle of them as I’m sure they’re due to break soon!) and a light by the bbq would be helpful. “Easy check in, although the pictures were misleading. Main one being, in order to get into the main bedroom you have to go through the bathroom. This is quite an awkward set up and is not ideal.
