“We booked the two of a kind room. The room looks exactly the same as advertised and is reasonably clean and roomy (Singapore standard) with a small kitchen. But during the time of our stay, weather was very wet, so the room, corridor, laundry and common areas all look humid and hence not very clean. Guess the hotel ventilation is not that good. The toilet in my daughter’s room is also smelly. But they have a good common kitchen area with a pretty outdoor space for dining. That would be a……

“The staffs are nice, room size is big , my kid can run around. The room was clean , has everything you needed. There are two toilets and bathrooms, super convenient, recommend for family. ”

“Excellent , faultless 2 night stopover . Brilliant pre arrival comms thru WhatsApp so I could self check in due to likelihood of arriving after 7pm when reception closed ; two key codes for outer door and key box by lift . Spotlessly clean and very well appointed room inc. hob,washer,cooking utensils, large TV . Decent bathroom with big shower cubicle . Excellent in room WiFi . By prior arrangement left my suitcase to wander round, leaving before reception opened then dropped in early afternoon……

“the room is big and clean with all the things u need, but the staff is bad, even i put the do not disturb sign, they still enter my room do the cleaning, and i ask for extra tower, they keep saying i suppose to ask for it during room cleaning time.”

“This is a very well designed & practical place to stay. The kitchenette room was excellent, because it included a washer/dryer - tho it took 5h vs 1.5h to do a load of laundry 😂 - but still better than going to a laundromat. The room was very comfortable & quiet with great bed, decent A/C, kitchen, furniture & bathroom. What makes this hotel great is its very spacious and nicely air conditioned working lobby area with individual work tables, sofas and shared tables where you can get work……

“I have stayed here for around 3 weeks on 2 different floors. The housekeeping was so bad when i stayed on the 9/f and become better after I moved to another floor. The one basic thing the housekeeper did was tidying up the bed. Even I placed the card on the bed/table, they still ignored. The amenities like body wash/ cotton pads were never refilled in full. There were always things missing that I had to call the concierge to refill. This is worst than a 3-star hotel.”
