“Location, location, location! Absolutely phenomenal location to downtown Newport and the wharf area (Approx. 5 min walk). The buildings are Revolutionary War era construction, so don’t expect the modern amenities of a 21st century hotel chain. But, the properties are clean, charming and well maintained despite being nearly 300 years old. Off street (free) parking was also a plus, but beware if you driver a larger vehicle (large SUV or truck), the lots and driveways are very tight and would be……
