“We had a group of 10 people, including children and adults. This was a great accomodation to fit us all. We added a tucked away futon to the twin bedroom and two kids slept on the L- shaped couch instead of the pull out sofa because it was quick and easy. Lots of linens and towels were available. Host brought us dish soap when we were running out. The arcade machines were a hit with the kids. The best part of the location is that it's a block or two away from Lake Josephine that doesn't have……

“This home is a very lovely place on a beautiful lake. There are kayaks (which we used) and the place was very cleaned and well-appointed. Some improvements which would make it even better: a ladder on the dock into the lake; the larger bedroom had a circuit issue, and the shower is tiny and doesn't close all the way. Also, the first day we were there we got a call from the manager asking if it was okay if the property owner retrieved some tools from the garage to fix the boathouse door. By……

“My husband, kids and I spent two nights at this quaint home with access to the Deschutes River. It was lovely and felt secluded, but still close to food. Went for a hike about 40 minutes away and enjoyed having campfires in the early evening both nights. Jeanne was very prompt with responding to my request and throughout the home there was thoughtful items there for our use and convenience. Thank you for a lovely stay! ”

“The property was as advertised. We had no desire to be downtown so the quiet, remote location was perfect despite some ambient road noise in the mornings and late afternoons. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked for home-cooked meals. Hot tub was nice in the evenings. A BBQ on site would have been nice but we brought our own from Portland; this option would likely not be available to those traveling from further locales. The refrigerator was broken but this had……

“The cabin was so cute and had a beautiful view to the Puget sound, we enjoyed walking at the beach at low tide, so much sea life in the tide pools. Carolyn was a wonderful host, we felt like going home, we had everything you needed in the cabin, we can’t wait to go back, next time we want to stay longer, one week is not enough.
