“Had so much fun this weekend in Hampton Bays! House was perfect for a group of friends - many bedrooms, bathrooms, great pool with tons of outdoor games, and even the arcade room inside! So close to the beach, and a number of great restaurants. Highly recommend this house, and appreciate how helpful our host was with making sure we had everything we need and more!”

“We were a large group of friends who all spent the weekend here. We had plenty of space (everyone had their own bed) and tons of bathrooms which makes it great for a large group of adults. We also enjoyed that it was walkable to town and in a very central location to many activities within the area. Mark was extremely responsive and helpful before and during our visit, and we already are looking forward to being able to coming back in the future! ”

“We had a really nice time at the Barnes' property. There are two bedrooms with two bathrooms in the main house. Just as a warning, the bed in one of the rooms is extremely high, but there is a step stool for getting in and out. The kitchen is well stocked. The second bathroom is off the kitchen. We had everything we needed and the owners were very responsive. My son stayed in the cottage with a space heater, but it was really too cold for this time of year. He could have used a few more……

“My friends, partner and I stayed over Columbus day weekend and were pleasantly surprised with the heated pool still being open, which was a huge highlight. The house was super clean and had everything you would need. We did have a minor issue with the hot water not working in the cottage, but other than that everything was great and we would defintely stay again!”
