“Short easy walk to the beach, restaurant and bar.”

“We very much enjoyed our stay at the magic place. Location was perfect for us short drive to Cane Bay, Davis Beach, Salt River and the tide pools. The house was fully equipped and clean. We very much enjoyed the lanai at night for sunsets. Betty and Mr. Dyer were very accommodating and ensured. We had everything we needed.”

“Win is a great host. The location is perfect with restaurant and dive shop nearby plus great shore diving. The property is well maintained and has pretty much all you need for a great stay. We are coming back!”

“We enjoyed exploring the island!! . The manager/owner was attentive to our request for more hangers, pillows and some cleaning issues. This is a great central location on the island. Good restaurants near by and within walking distance. ”

“We had a very nice time at this condo. It is in a beautiful spot with the pool and beach! Unfortunately, it was extremely windy for our whole stay so we didn't get to go on our snorkel tour or snorkel at the beach, but, you can't control the weather! The condo is well equipped and clean and David was very responsive to our requests and prompt with replies. The condo is very dated but that was addressed in another review. I would love to come back once the renovations are done!”

“Very out of the way remote stay, extremely small accommodations, the bed is a converted couch, although clean, air conditioning keeps the room a little cool, the road in is not for the faint hearted, not easy to say the least, property is very old, bathroom light is a pull chain, property says breakfast included, that means you get cereal and milk in your refrigerator, not a sit down meal like all other places! The bed only has a sheet to sleep on, no blankets, and bring extra toilet paper,……

“We had a wonderful visit to Estate River. This large home had much space for our family group of 11 which included children. We liked the central location which is 10 minutes to Cane Bay and Carambola and 20 minutes to Fredriksted. Estate River is private and quiet. The property manager was very responsive and provided everything for which we asked. ”

“We've stayed near Cane Bay 3 times now and this was our favorite property and best experience so far. The house is private, gated, and just 2 minutes from Cane Bay and the local bars and restaurants. We had coffee and breakfast every morning on the front porch with a clear view of St. Thomas and St. John in the background. The house is equipped with a full kitchen, laundry room, games, plenty of towels and beach equipment. Communication with Nicholas and his son Te-Khai was excellent. Nicholas……

“This location is awesome. Our cottage was steps from the ocean. The restaurant is wonderful but can be crazy busy. I suggest eating at 3 or 4 for dinner. Do rent a car. This was one of our best vacations ever!”
