It was every bit as fantastic as last time - fabulous welcome pack, wonderful, friendly hosts (who can’t do enough for you) and everything you need for a stay. Don’t pack beach towels, loads to choose from. Dont pack tea & coffee, lots of machines and coffees to use. Right on the beach so the seven year old was in her element, as there are……

“We were a group of 3 couples and 4 children. The 3 en-suite bedrooms, and 2 other twin bedrooms with access to their own bathroom and toilet, was an ideal set up for our group. The hot water and heating worked a treat. We were concerned to read that the most recent review before our stay was negative. However all the appliances worked for us and we had a delightful stay. The dining table and living room seating suited us very well. The outside space was excellent with games for outdoors stored……

“We were excited for our stay as working mums some precious time for R&R was much anticipated. The listing on Arbo looked great … nice setting & a hot tub over looking fields was the tranquil getaway we had in mind. However When we arrived we found the hot tun had not been cleaned (like & mud & hair). Also the temperature was.not hot.The accommodation wa dirty.. cups that were dirty with lisp it marked, shower not cleaned properly & bin dirty too. Worktops also dirty. The response to get it all……
