“Very old place with a strong smell of old carpet. It smells like living in an old car. Staff are offline after 6pm. They didn’t leave me a message for retrieving my room key after hours. Had me guessing the last four digits of my phone to as the passcode of getting the key from the lock box.”

"Very good hotel , provide free parking just in front of the hotel entrance , quiet and beautiful scene . Spacious room and very modern and nice decoration. Will recommend to friends for sure. "

Awful. The price was cheap though.

"The car can park in front of my room which is very cool. the Staff is kind and helpful. Bicheno is a quiet town, The supermarket / grocery store closes at 1800. but there is a bar & restaurants next to the hotel can order food till 2000. The lobster shack which is a few minutes car ride from the hotel and opens till 1900. "
