“Having never stayed at the Waterbury we didn't know what to expect but ended up enjoying our stay there. The hotel overall is kept clean. The 2 bedroom loft plus pullout bed provided decent room for 5 of us, including 3 adult children. The grill and gas fire pit with seating area out front is very nice. Both pools (indoor/outdoor) and hottub were clean and provided an enjoy spot to spend time in the water.
The grounds of the resort are maintained very well too. Only the landscape islands……

“This place is truly something special! We loved falling asleep the gentle lull of the waves in the harbor. The boat and harbor house were well maintained and had a charming, nostalgic vibe. We enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning and walking the harbor wall. “Beautiful setting. I don’t realize the water was down stairs or small cliff. We enjoyed the space the property gave us. It was not as clean as I expected. Not enough toweling or toilet paper. Dog poop in the yard. One of our guest stepped in it. It was from a small dog and not ours as that was always picked up. Things need updating or repaired. Had a musty smell. ”

“The property on Lake Michigan was exactly what I expected from the online photos. It was a beautiful place to relax on the beach and enjoy the sunshine.The bonfire pit was a great addition for us to enjoy. “This property was one of the best places we have rented. It was extremely clean, stocked with anything you could need, it was very quaint. It was myself with three young boys and they had plenty of games and activities available to keep them occupied. The property was in a great location, easy access to everything we wanted to do.
