“We were so pleased and overwhelmed with the way this hotel trip went. It is located within a mountain village and the pleasant chime of church bells between 7am to 12pm add an atmosphere of serenity. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and answered all my questions, knew the local places to visit, assisted in any problems and knew the history of the place. “Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Duschtüren waren nicht dicht, so dass das Bad anschließend halb unter Wasser stand. Beim Betreten des Zimmers roch es sehr intensiv und unangenehm vermutlich nach einem Lufterfrischer. Der Totalausfall des TV war jedoch das größte Manko. Ob es am Gerät lag oder am Anbieter können wir nicht beurteilen. Die Lage des Hotels im lebhaften Zentrum war für uns okay. Das Schloss und der Altstadtkern waren bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen.
