The location is also within walking distances of Queen’s University and the botanical gardens. I highly recommend Belfast and the Ulsterville Residences. ”

“The location was perfect. We were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to do. It was amazing. The only complaint was the extremely uncomfortable bed. It was tolerable for the first couple of nights, but as time went on it got worse and worse. If your trip is a short one (2-3 nights tops), it would probably be fine. Over a week was rough for us. ”

“Lovely apartment with easy check-in. Did require photo ID and a deposit, however refunded pretty quickly after check-out. Otherwise had a pleasant stay in a modern, clean, thoughtful place. ”

“Cute apartment. Came with small children so it isn’t really soundproof well for the neighbours below. Also, our apartment was at the top. Be prepare to carry your luggages up. Other than that, easy access around, communication with host is easy and neighborhood was pretty quiet when we were there.”

“I came from Hong Kong. The host was helpful allowing me to check in an hour earlier, and let me stored luggages into a small chamber until I went to the airport. Apartment was clean and tidy and minutes walk to Texaco. It’s a nice place to stay.”

“We loved it. Lots of stairs but the apartment was beautiful and in a great area!”

“Lovely clean, comfortable apartment. Plenty on-street parking and easy to access. Shower was fantastic and beds were comfortable. Only downsides were the kitchen could possibly use a few more basics to cook with and location wise: no chipper or Chinese takeaway options near by. Lots available on delivery though so not a major issue. Thanks again”

“Lovely space very well finished and clean as a whistle . I think we might have been the first in so very new property which offers five suites in the one building The kitchen facilities include kettle, toaster and coffee machine so no opportunity to heat anything. I think a microwave would be great addition for those of us who love porridge for breakfast 😋 Some building work going on next door but this doesn’t affect internal space experience. ”

“Paul was very helpful. Very walkable. Good shopping and restaurants. Very limited in storage space for suitcases. Parking was a pain. No place to drop luggage. No lift. Not good for people in their 70’s with back issues dragging suitcases up two flight of stairs after walking 150 yards.”
