“Staff are friendly and helpful”

“Our stay was wonderful. It was close to the train station so we didn’t have to walk far. It was also next to buses and we took one to Arashiyama bamboo forest. The washer/dryer is in your room so that was very convenient. The room was clean and it felt more on the modern side. Overall, we would 10/10 book it again whenever we visit Kyoto. ”

“服务中心和旅馆不是同一个地方,不过可以提前在邮件上问当天是否有服务人员在旅馆中,下午4点后我们直接从京都站到达旅馆,有服务人员可以直接checkin不需再去服务中心取房卡了.旅馆地点就在清水寺附近直线走路3分钟距离,公交也在3分钟内,十分方便,门口就是大马路,旅馆对面就有便利店,泡浴时有台小电视可以看.下次来京都还会预约这里的.唯一不足打开微波炉时有上个住户留下的热牛奶,都发酵了特别臭,希望打扫时可以留意一下.”

“We had an amazing stay at Stitch Hotel in Kyoto! Perfect is the word that comes to mind when I think about this hotel and its staff. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and exactly like the pictures. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the fully equipped kitchen was a wonderful bonus. It truly felt like a home in Kyoto. The location is excellent — with a convenience store next door, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, attractions within walking distance, and train stations……

Getting there was a breeze—a quick ride from Kyoto Station via Uber, which cost only about USD 10. If you prefer public transport, it's about a 15-minute walk from the nearest station. Overall, it was an awesome stay, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in Kyoto.”
