“Well equipped kitchen and plenty of air conditioned space. Disappointing that dirty dishes in dishwasher when we arrived.”

“A great base from which to explore Magnetic Island. Easy to access the property from the ferry terminal and close to IGA, coffee, car hire etc. Four swimming pools and a spa (which thought there was just one so this was a bonus!). Shame there is no direct access to the harbour walk where the wallabies are (you have to walk all the way around - the apartments are highly fenced & secured). Tamara was great to deal with and the property was very clean, cool and bright. ”

“The apartment is right on the Strand, centrally located to all eateries and cafes. We were able to watch the Anzac parade from our balcony.The property is fully equipped and every detail has been taken care of. Communication with the owner was amazing. He responded very fast .”

“Main A/C not working for lounge room. They got someone to see it, but couldn’t fix it. Too old. Place does need a renovation.”

“Andy's place was like a home away from home. We were very comfortable and the apartment was well stocked with everything we required during our stay. The supermarket was a short walk as were coffee shops and restaurants. As well as being close to The Strand, it is also in walking distance to Castle Hill's Goat Track if you are feeling energetic! We enjoyed everything about staying at Andy's place and highly recommend it. ”

“Beautiful view a step away from the ferry”

“This is a luxurious, waterfront, well appointed apartment. You will never tire of the spectacular view. We spend every Christmas at Bright Point, and this apartment was one of our favourites. The ducted air conditioning worked exceptionally well, unlike some of the other apartments we have stayed in at Bright Point. We can’t wait to hire this apartment on our next visit to Magnetic Island 🌻”

“Beautiful place to stay. Comfortable, good location and the best views”

“Great Spot ”

“Fantastic location, and in general facilities were good. However, some appliances, including one of the air conditioning unit and t.v. didn't work and the communication from the owner was poor in response to these issues. Also disappointed there was no wifi available, or information about the property.”

“The location of the apartment was ideal with a great view across The Strand to Magnetic Island and access to lots of local attractions, including shops, restaurants, parks and the beach. We were pleasantly surprised with the additional small touches on our arrival - fresh fruit, chocolates, milk and tea/coffee. Our hosts were very quick to respond when the kettle died and immediately organised a replacement. Overall a very comfortable and well serviced apartment.”
