“Für mich hat einfach alles gepasst. Netter Empfang, sehr unkompliziert, haben für mich eine Lösung gefunden, sehr engagiert, kennen ihre Bewohner. Check in/Out sehr gute Zeiten. Busverbindung zum Hostel sehr gut und mehrere Möglichkeiten. Saubere Gegend. Kochen ist möglich und wird auch gerne genutzt. “Wonderful alberque. Be prepared for a bit of a different experience. To help eliminate unwanted bed bugs, which hitch a ride on pilgrims bags, your gear is stored in lockers downstairs and a laundry basket provided to bring up what's needed. Your gear in the locker is secured by a key and another locker upstairs as well. The beds are made and the shower, sink, toilet ratio per person is excellent. The only "flaw" is no shaded area to wait before the 4pm open. You can sit on the grass in back,……

"A disappointing experience - written by my husband who was the one who stays at this hotel Spent a night in the Artist Gran hotel of Arts on my way back from the Camino de Santiago. I do not know if it was because of my backpack and casual pilgrim dressing but from the start, the service was a bit arrogant. I booked a room with queen size bed (indicating preference on high floor), but was given a DOUBLE bed for 3rd floor. As for the view, Smart Inner View means facing the window of your neighbor (welcome back to the dormitory in the Albergue!). An experience certainly not to be repeated. Get yourself an hotel with better service. You deserve better!"
