As serene and peaceful as it gets and only blocks away from a plethora of great restaurants, bagel shops, boutiques and more. The Northport Hotel (tremendous restaurant) offers rooms at 450 per night so the value of this home speaks volumes. A rarity in a very upscale market. Owner Richard is incredible affable and attentive.”

“Everything was just as described in the listing- wish we weren’t so tired from the beach to enjoy the pool! So close to the beach!!!Neighborhood was a little rundown but there are security cameras around the property entrances code door lock so that made us feel very safe you park in the driveway. Nice basement APT with good AC, comfy bed, arcade game, keurig, and the mini fridge had some water bottles which we def needed after the beach. Monsoor also went above and beyond to help us when we……
