“Nice property, a hidden gem in the area!”

“We have stayed in Blue Ridge several times before and like the area very much because we like to kayak and hike. This particular rental was absolutely the nicest place we have stayed. It was large, very clean, had everything you could want and was well located. I spent 2 evenings sitting by a fire in the fire ring outside with a fire, a glass of wine and a book! Heaven. Oh, and we could bring our dog. The yard was nice for her.”

“This was our second year at the River Estate at Toccoa and we had another amazing stay. This place is perfect for grandparents, children, spouses, and grandkids to get away. There’s plenty of room. The heated hot tub pool and sauna were perfect when the weather was a bit chilly. The house was well stocked. Having two refrigerators upstairs in the kitchen was a nice addition and helpful for those doing meal prep. There are lot of local hikes and if course there is the river for tubing. We can’t……

It’s tucked away in a private setting with beautiful views, a great hot tub and plenty of outdoor space for both the kids and our dogs to enjoy. Inside is cozy, comfortable and perfect for our family. Dave is also a fantastic host! Was super responsive and always on top of everything. We can’t wait to come back again! Highly recommend!”

“We celebrated my 71st birthday and had a great time. The cabin was very nice. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck and relaxing in the hot tub. Spent a day in Blue Ridge shopping and one day riding the rail cars. Weather was hot but not unbearable. Saw several deer with fawns. The creek was really nice but unfortunately, the trout weren't biting. Look forward to our return trip next year.”

“If your going to Blue Ridge Georgia..THIS IS THE PLACE to stay!!!!!! We had 10 plus family members staying here and it was the nicest cleanest place! We had kids 6 and under there is a play place inside and outside for children. There is also a pool and ping pong table for when the kids go to bed for the adults! The jacuzzi was amazing and ”
