“We had a wonderful weekend going to the Seneca wine trail event and hiking around the local area. We travel with our dogs often and the fenced in backyard was amazing. The house was well appointed with everything you need to enjoy a weekend on the wine trail. Close to both wineries as well as multiple state parks and national forest it was perfect for us. The beds weee comfortable and the house was clean and had everything we could want. ”

“We had a great stay! The cabin was super cute, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It had a charming vibe and made for a relaxing getaway. The only downside was that the water cooler needed a good cleaning, and the road leading to the cabin was long and a bit rough. “This was a great space to have a large group (12)- we had plenty of options for sleeping, and a large living room if people preferred sleeping bags over bed mates. “Overall a very convenient rental location. So close to Watkins Glen since it was only 2 blocks away. Close to the grocery store (Tops), a yummy BBQ place (Nick's), and a great ice cream bar (Glen's Dairy Bar). Very helpful to have a kitchen to cook meals throughout our stay. “This property was really cozy and inviting. The deck is amazing, and the hot tub was really appreciated as the weather was chilly and cloudy, so it added a little warmth. The owners have really thought of everything, and there were some nice extra touches (doggie bags, well stocked kitchen, very nice bedding/pillows, etc.). We would love to stay again, just hope for better weather next time!”

“It's obvious that these hosts used to work in hospitality. The house is so well designed and furnished, including the kitchen for those who actually want to cook, which I did. Luxury baths, incredible view, birds, waterfalls and walking paths, gas fireplace. Very close to Watkins Glen and Seneca wine trail. There is some noise from cars going by below, but I'm super sensitive to those things and will still be going back because everything else is so amazing! - including the hosts themselves……

“At a previous stay at a different location whenwe arrived things were not like the pictures on line. When we arrived here everything was just like it was described and what the pictures showed.........even better. It was my 4 sisters and myself that enjoyed those 2 days. “As the first reviewer of this property, I believe this to be an honest and fair assessment. All correspondence between myself and owner can be proven… I’m not one of those people. When booking the property, the original listing said nothing about this being a split level house with people living above us. I emailed the owner about the misleading listing who agreed, then edited it during our stay. Little too late for us. The water was the worst smelling water I’ve ever experienced and didn’t find……
