“The house was adorable and very clean on the inside. Unfortunately, the yard and outdoor space really needs some TLC as it makes it look like the home is not properly cared for. We had a little trouble figuring out how to get in as the lock box for the key was not hanging on the doorknob and there was a key pad on the door. Someone did answer a text and help us figure it out pretty quickly. There are not alot of kitchen amenities and no regular sized coffee pot or Keurig available. Also,……

“Just as described, comfortable and shared backyard space. We were there 4 days and met some nice people. The only issue I would warn of is being covered in pet hair from the sofa so we took the blanket and covered the couch issue solved. Also beware they put a 400 hold on your listed card and I didn’t see that anywhere in the booking. ”

“We were in Tampa for the Final Four. The home is beautiful and very clean! The host communication was A. Great location from downtown. Quiet neighborhood. Many personal items were provided incase you forgot something. If im in Tampa I will definitely stay here again. Thank You!!”

“The house was spacious as advertised on website. The location was perfect for our party since we were there for the USF graduation. The house was also very clean. The beds were on the hard side and my husband had to sleep on the couch a few nights. Others in our party were fine with the beds. ”
