“This property is absolutely beautiful and is away from everything which is great but only 15 minutes to Durango. The house is beautiful and spacious and the wrap around deck has a wonderful view of the snow capped mountains. The property is very clean and great water pressure for the showers. Some local wild life visited (mule deer and tons of anoles). I will definitely stay here again upon a return to ride the Durango-Silverton Narrow Gauge railroad again which was awesome. The station is 15……

“WE came to Albuquerque for Gathering of Nations Powwow 2025. This property was 14 miles from the event. EVERYTHING about the property was absolutely INCREDIBLE !!! The pics didn't begin to tell how wonderful this was.....my dawgz were in heaven....and we, as guests, could NOT have been HAPPIER !!! “The home was clean, beautiful, awesome views, comfortable outdoor sitting areas, responsive owner, and awesome induction stove.”

“Good location and overall a pleasant stay.Back yard was not used but there were tumbleweeds, trash, and the sitting area was not too inviting but it was windy when we were there. There aren’t lamps in some of the rooms so plan on keeping the main light on if you’ll be needing any kind of night during the evening and night time. Coffee maker is a Keurig which is fine but bring pods as there are none in the home. Home is spacious and lots of sitting room. Appreciated the friendly neighbors and……
