“A bit run down, the mattress downstairs bedroom is EXTREMELY HARD, uncomfortable! Need more blankets, only gave 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 days, had to go out and buy. Also the patio looks much different than the pics, there was an ashtray of cigarette butts that needed to be emptied. The check out instructions specify to used a designated laundry bag under kitchen sink, there was no bags. The bathroom sink drains very slow, and if you’re tall ,don’t stay here! The ceiling is very low! Tried……

“We had a great experience! Plenty of room and comfortable setting! Great communication from owner over last minute room changes. Our daughter is coming to UND so matbe we can stay with you again! ”

“The main floor and additional downstairs allowed us to spread out. The kitchen was basic, but allowed us to make a couple of simple meals. I appreciated that the two bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths provided us the space and comfort for our family. The neighborhood is rather rough and the exterior of the building made me pause when we approached, but the inside showed care and was clean.”

“The house worked well for us. We needed a place for the wedding party to dress and prepare for the day. This location worked so well, and was close to our venue. was spacious enough to be able to get ready. the only negative comment would be the small step leading to the back bedroom is a tripping hazard .”
