“Overall, I thought the property was excellent, and the property was chosen for an SNHU commencement weekend. It was clear the property was recently renovated, and the downstairs sitting area provided the most space since the weather was rainy and windy. “Location is very convenient - grocery within a 10 min ride, easy access to the Lake, dining, and popular Winnipesaukee villages around the lake. The amenities were generous - including towels and linens at the location, travel shampoo/condition/soaps available, fully stocked kitchen with dish soap and other kitchen tools available. The kitchen is tight and the central artery of the house, which made it difficult with 12 people. I'd recommend bringing a mattress pad or something for the pull……

“This was the cleanest house (vacation rental or otherwise!) I have ever been in! The owner thought of everything with plenty of extra towels, pillows, shampoo, etc. We got snow Saturday night and were plowed twice to be sure we could get in and out. The house is open and airy with floor to ceiling windows and luxurious kitchen and bathrooms. Lots of French doors to the private backyard. Incredibly convenient location, but set back from the street. 5!”

“My family including 6 adults and 2 children stayed at this house February 14-17, 2025. House is as described in listing. House was clean and fully furnished. We enjoyed the sun room as we watched the snow fall. Karaoke machine was a big hit with the grandchildren. We would definitely go back and remarked that it would be fun to be there in the summer.
