“The cabin is huge and lovely. Plenty of space for gathering both inside and out. Lots of fire wood. The kitchen was stocked as you’d expect from a short term rental. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are super nice. The property is really cool and a lot of fun to explore. The hot tub had a strong chemical smell, the host advised us to add water and leave the lid off to air out, it was fine after that but required some work on our part which was a little annoying. “The cabin was nice and clean. However, the whole cabin was unlevel. The floors were slanted. Since the floors were unlevel the toilet wouldn’t flush correctly because the water level couldn’t refill properly when flushed. None of the batteries worked in the remotes for the TV etc. Had to go buy batteries. Also, there is a tree limb that kept scraping the metal roof.”

“We stayed here Dec 21-23 for our family Christmas and birthday celebration. The place was beautifully decorated with a Christmas tree, lights and lots of cool and unique items. The house was immaculately cleaned. We were pleased with how well stocked the kitchen and bathrooms were-literally everything one needs. The host even provides snacks and Smores fixins'. The grounds were lovely too. Even though it was 20 degrees out, we took a short hike around. We saw families of deers, hawks, other……
