Sandy beaches can be reached within 11 miles where you can experience the delights of the coastal villages. Please remember, if you require the 8 man boat launch, please advise Mr Barrett when you contact him 14 days prior to your arrival. This is so he can put you on the insurance. Mr Barrett will require a lead name for the insurance, this person must be 18 years of age or over, and this person will be responsible for the boat. Between November - March, there is a £100 security deposit, and £100 hire charge on the boat launch, payable by cheque in advance.
The water is from a spring, well or borehole, and not a mains supply.
There is open water in the property grounds.
