“Unser Aufenthalt in dem Haus war ein Traum. Ein verlängerter Sommer im Oktober. Man kommt aus dem SZ an den Pool mit Blick auf Ätna, das Meer und Sirakus. In dem Haus ist alles zur genüge vorhanden. Man kann toll auf der Veranda essen und am Pool die Zeit genießen. Die Bilder im Netz geben den richtigen Eindruck. Das Haus liegt ruhig und einsam auf mehr als 300 m Höhe. Man erreicht es in 10-15 min von der Autobahn. Für Ausflüge in die Umgebung ist es sehr gut geeignet. Wir waren am Ätna, in……

“Das Grundstück und das Haus sind sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Fotos können davon nur einen groben Eindruck vermitteln. Man fühlt sich von der ersten Sekunde an wohl. Das Schwimmbad ist mit 11 m überdurchschnittlich lang und erlaubt richtige "Bahnen zu ziehen". Das Haus ist absolut ruhig und idyllisch gelegen, mit einem Ausblick auf die Olivenfelder und die Silhouette von Ispica mit ihrer Kathedrale am Horizont, den wir beim Essen auf der Terrasse insbesondere beim Sonnenuntergang genießen……

“We stayed 4 nights at Salvatore's garden house. Salvatore was very solicitous and kind. We arrived in Noto by rental car on a dark and stormy night after a long drive. We had a very difficult time finding the house as my phone with the information had run out of battery. It was only the kindness of a local that led us to the house. Salvatore was waiting for us and greeted us with warmth. The house is spacious and fully equipped. We were a bit cold as the weather in February was chilly and……

“The villa is very nice, we especially loved the garden and the swimming pool. There was 8 of us, 4 adults and 4 children and the villa was right size for us. The car is a must as nearest restaurants are little far away (lot of choices within 10 minutes drive).”

“The house - so close to the beach and only a short walk to beautiful Marzamemi - was a real find. It is quiet and has a spacious shady terrase where we could enjoy long breakfasts or relax during siesta-time. The host was very welcoming and caring in a very inobtrusive, warm-hearted way.”

“We had - 14 of us, 11 adults three children - a really good week at Borgo Alto. The location is stunning and the space is great. As a former hotel, the accommodation is a bit odd for a big family group - with separate rooms in different buildings, but it worked well. The only thing it lacks is a comfortable lounge area. There is a dining room, but mainly you have to sit in hard chairs. But - even in the last week of October - we were able to spend most of our time outside. The setting of which……
