“For 30 years we have been talking about taking a guy's trip to the WW1 and WW2 key western front battlefields. We (3 of us) could not have asked for a better place to stay during our 4 nights in the Normandy region. Bayeux is central to all of the landing beaches and an amazing city. The cathedral and restaurants are just a short drive from the property. It is amazing the work that work that Christophe and his family have done to the property over the past 25 years. “The apartment was clean and very homey. A perfect balance of simplicity and charm. Michel met us at the property and showed us around. It had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The location is an easy walk to train station, but in a nice neighborhood. Several good restaurants, grocery stores, and a boulangerie close by. You can take the bus to the Caen WWII Memorial museum from the stop in front of the apartment. The city also has a nice trolley system from the train station. We had a……

“Natalie furnished the apartment with everything you would need to stay comfortably. It was decorated very cute. The location was great, just one block from downtown. It was a very quiet side street. We had to park a block away, but that was not a problem. The only negative was the bathroom was downstairs and at night the staircase was very narrow to navigate down to use.”

“This little apartment is beautifully located directly across from the cathedral, near many restaurants. Although a bit tight, it does have everything you need for housekeeping. The view is beautiful. Caroline was very prompt, friendly and helpful. ”

“L'appartement correspondait " presque " à nos attentes car la VUE MER annoncée n'était visible que du fond du couloir. Dans l'annonce, il était prévu les serviettes de toilette, manquantes.Ce problème a été très vite solutionné par notre hôte qui s'est empressée de nous en procurer. Une hôte tout à fait charmante, d'ailleurs.”
