“Spacious and clean room. Needs a shower enclosure on the tub in the bathroom. Beautiful view from our room. Awesome breakfast. Staff was friendly and speak English very well. Go to the old historic pub on the corner, Hospoda Na Peci. It's awesome!”

“Vi havde en fantastisk ferie med gode omgivelser og dejlig varieret mad. Der var meget lydt mellem etagerne. Vi brugte ikke wellness området. Meget børnevenligt med underholdning for dem. ”

“Wir waren auf der Durchreise von Görlitz bis nach Krakau -Zwei Wochen Kulturreise durch Schlesien )Bis auf Aufzug( angeblich seit mehrern Wochen in der Wartung )war alles wirklich gut. Frühstück und Abendessen im restaurant perfekt - halt Polen .Wir kommen wieder.”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and the room was large with good view to the city. The center was within walking distance. It is important to know that rooms are only cleaned on request. Unfortunately the staff do not speak English or German. A translator is helpful. We felt very welcome.”

“The hotel looks run down from outside but the inside lobby is clean and modern and renovated; however you have to pay attention to the type of room you are booking. The Standard rooms are still the old rooms with no A/C where the Luxury rooms are the fully renovated, modern rooms with A/C included which are worth the upgrade. All staff from front desk to dinning room were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I would stay here again.”
