This home is situated in a unique waterfront area near Novato CA. It has a nice deck perfect for relaxing and enjoying the calm scenery. Plenty of outdoor seatingThe house is very open with multiple bathrooms with luxury showers in each. It also has a large gas fireplace. The living room accommodated at least eight people The beds are very comfortable.The kitchen is very large and well designed with top notch appliances all around. We were able to entertain and feed our loved ones with ease and comfort. There is an ample supply of towels and bedding. The house was absolutely clean and tidy upon arrival. WiFi was easy. The location is perfect for getting around the area. The 101 ramp is close by. There are several grocery stores nearby.Lastly, the owner is genial, always available, and very helpful.We have been visiting Marin County for the last several years to see my grandchildren. We have stayed at several houses in the county, even in the same area as this home. This has been our best experience. We hope to stay there again for future visits. Five Stars.
