“ The best hotel in Novi Pazar. The location is fantastic—right in the centre, within easy walking distance to shops, cafes and landmarks. The security men do a wonderful job managing the entrance and looking after guests’ cars in the hotel car park, which makes a big difference if you’re driving. The staff were friendly and professional, and the overall experience was excellent. Highly recommended.”
