“1) no reception. I called but the lady in poor English can't explain where the keys are. after more than half an hour of searching, i found a keybox with the key, called again, got the code, and finally got the keys! 2)I was supposed to get a 2 person room with a double bed. i got 3 single beds. when I called again, the answer was: I should be happy because I got a triple room. 3) dirt behind the bed! old food leftovers not cleaned up (smelled) 4) when I opened the window in the bathroom, I saw……
