“The place is located right in the middle of the old town, a few blocks from the best restaurants in town. Very few guest early May, so we enjoyed the pool in the beautiful courtyard by ourselves. Our suite was nice, basic, but lacked a bit of sunlight and the bathroom was small and outdated. We had a tour of the facility, some suites are very spacious. The staff was very kind and pleasant. We were told it's packed in the winter and in the summer, which would make a very different experience. ”

“Le positif: La piscine et la grande terrasse sur le toit. Absolument magnifique. Beau petit balcon avec meuble confortable. Check-in autonome. Stationnement sur place. le négatif: Vraiment pas bien équipé. Seulement 1 rouleau de papier de toilette par salle de bain pour le séjour. Demandé au gestionnaire mais pas possible d'en laisser en bas. Pas de poubelle dans la cuisine...Poêle qui fonctionne très mal. Plutôt difficile de rentrer à pieds le soir car beaucoup de marches..”

The apartment is on the street and faces the marina, not the ocean. The apartment is not well-maintained. The apartment lacks some basic amenities commonly found in a hotel room in the U.S. despite advertising that indicates the amenities are available. “This was a great spot in a nice neighborhood close to everything we wanted. We loved just being a block from the water and malecon. The apartment had everything we needed and was the perfect size. It was amazing to have a washer and drier as well. We were very happy with our stay and the host was so responsive and helpful.”
