Description: ground floor of a semi-detached house. Living room with dining table, French sofa bed and kitchenette - double bedroom - second bedroom with bunk bed - bathroom with washing machine and shower - private and fenced garden equipped with table and chairs where you can eat - private paved courtyard with fireplace for barbecue.

Pets not allowed.
