“Finding Art and Lodging was a bonus to a get-away stay in South Bend. A beautifully restored home, this space also is located in a neighborhood within walking distance of the Oliver Mansion, the IU Civil Rights heritage center and some fine restaurants. “One of the better values I've stayed at in the last two years. New, clean, modern, fantastic gym. The format is a new way to stay. No coffee in room but 24 hour coffee that was A+ in the lobby. No closets but plenty of wall hooks to hang garments on. They really focus on the necessities and the beds, bathrooms and service was A+. The grab and go breakfast was unique and well received by everyone in our party. The people who work here smile enjoy what they do. I'll be staying again.”

“I loved this quaint little charming place. The only complaint i have is that there was no flip lock or chain lock that i could latch from inside the room. I felt safe but the room had a number code and that is all. Would have just fet more secure with a latch that only someone inside the room could access. Would DEFINITELY stay here again!!!”
